New project secured with Kier

JP Dunn Construction Ltd are delighted to have secured another project with Kier, with a new Integrated Community Mental Health Centre (ICMHC) project in Islington, London.

JP Dunn works will include the Groundworks, RC Frame, Drainage and External Hard Landscaping for the central London site. The four-story Community Hub and Outpatient Mental Health Facility will require JP Dunn to work within several site constraints including an existing party wall to the neighbouring residential property and adjacent highways and footpaths.

Key features include a small site footprint in a residential area, construction of a Tower Crane base in conjunction with Kier Professional Services and WSP designs that will be tied into the overall structure, RC concrete frame, exposed concrete finish stair cores and Stairmaster system to be designed and used in both a temporary and permanent state during the build. The design also requires extensive excavation and installation of drainage pipework across the site.

Work has commenced on site.
