J P Dunn Construction are progressing with substructure works at 65 Whitfield Street. The £3m contract for Multiplex encompasses strengthening of existing foundations, design and install of basement waterproofing, new pile caps, below ground drainage, replacement ground floor slab, column strengthening, and design and installation of substantial temporary works to maintain stability of existing structure. This contract is a forerunner to the entire redevelopment of 80 Charlotte Street.
