JP Dunn Begins Groundworks and RC Frame Package for New Big Yellow Storage in Wapping

We are delighted to have commenced the Groundworks and RC Frame package for a new Big Yellow Storage building in Wapping, working with Galliford Try.

The project features a single-storey waterproof concrete basement box topped by an 8-storey steel frame structure. Our scope of works includes:

• Pile attendance and bulk excavation

• Waterproofing and temporary works

• Underground drainage

• High-quality power floated concrete floors

• Metal deck concrete toppings

• External works

JP Dunn has proudly delivered several Big Yellow Storage projects over the years, including Twickenham, Sheen, and Eltham, and we look forward to successfully completing this Wapping development, continuing our record of high-quality, reliable delivery.
