JP Dunn Construction Achieves Constructionline Building Safety Act Standard for High-Risk Buildings

JP Dunn Construction are proud to announce that we have successfully achieved the Constructionline Gold Building Safety Act (BSA) Standard Construction and Higher Risk Buildings. This significant accomplishment demonstrates our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance across all areas of our operations.

The Building Safety Act represents one of the most comprehensive reforms to building regulations in recent years, setting out new and enhanced requirements for organisations involved in the design, construction, and management of buildings – particularly those defined as high risk. Achieving this standard required JP Dunn to implement rigorous policies, enhanced procedures, and robust governance measures to meet and exceed legislative expectations.
