JP Dunn Construction Achieves Constructionline Building Safety Act Standard for High-Risk Buildings

The award recognises exemplary quality processes and record-keeping delivered by JP Dunn Construction at our Harwell Science Park project.

We are delighted to have been awarded the Groundworks and RC Frame package for a new flagship primary school project in Nine Elms, working alongside Morgan Sindall.
This important development will provide much-needed education capacity for the borough, including a 16-place Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) specialist base to support SEND provision.
As a modern two-form entry primary school, the building will accommodate up to 420 children aged 5–11 in mainstream education, alongside a dedicated nursery facility for 52 children.
Our package of works includes:

Foundation works are scheduled to commence in March, with the RC frame construction beginning in April.

We are delighted to have secured the Groundworks package on a private residential development in Hedsor, Buckinghamshire, working once again with Knight Harwood.
This project follows directly on from the successful completion of another high-end residential property for Knight Harwood in Henley-on-Thames, further strengthening our relationship with this valued client.
Our scope of works in Hedsor commenced in January and will run for approximately 25 weeks, supporting the delivery of a bespoke private residence.
We are pleased to announce that JP Dunn has been awarded the next phase of works at Tolworth Hospital, working in partnership with Sir Robert McAlpine. This follows on from the successful delivery of the enabling works package, which is now nearing completion.
Our new contract covers the Substructure and Superstructure works, including:

Ground floor slab construction

A large two-storey reinforced concrete frame
Work will begin with piling attendance at the end of January, with groundworks progressing through early 2025. The RC frame construction is scheduled to commence at the end of March.
This project marks another important step in supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare facilities, contributing to the modernisation and expansion of Tolworth Hospital.

We are pleased to share that JP Dunn has secured a new Groundworks and External Works package with Bowmer & Kirkland – marking our first ever project with this valued client.
The scheme, located at Coombe Boys’ School in New Malden, is set to commence on site in early 2025.
Our scope of works will support the delivery of significant improvements to the school campus, including:

Installation of a new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) pitch

We are delighted to announce that JP Dunn has secured two new projects with Morgan Sindall in Camden: the Chester Road Hostel and the Camden Road Hostel. Groundworks are now underway across both sites.
Chester Road Hostel
This development will deliver 50 new temporary homes for local families, complete with common areas, a staff room, and office space. The project also includes enhancements to the adjacent public footpath and the creation of a new public courtyard for residents.
Camden Road Hostel
This scheme will provide 39 new temporary homes, along with two single-storey garden buildings and extensive landscaping works.

At Camden Road, our works also extend to:

A six-storey pre-cast concrete lift shaft

Company founder, Jonathan Dunn will continue as MD and retains a significant shareholding. The management structure of the business remains substantially unaltered.
Long-term senior management – Yllka Uruci, James Galloway, and Nick Jacks – become shareholders and are confirmed as members of the Main Board.
JP Dunn was incorporated in 1999. Since then, Jonathan has guided JP Dunn Construction Ltd to considerable heights. He expressed his confidence in the new arrangement saying,
