To accelerate the build programme and optimise floor cycle times, we implemented Bamtec reinforcement – an advanced, prefabricated reinforcement system. Delivered in rolls and installed using a tower crane, Bamtec mats were efficiently unrolled by our skilled steel fixers onto concrete spacers. This significantly enhanced productivity compared to traditional rebar methods.

Achieving high-quality finishes was critical on this project. Notable elements included:

• Exposed concrete columns and lift core walls, formed using enhanced MDO plywood for a smooth ‘Plain’ finish

• Precast stairs and landings, installed progressively within the cores

• Invisible bolt connections, eliminating the need for unsightly steel angles and ensuring a clean, seamless aesthetic
