JPD have just secured two new projects with a combined value of £4m for Wates:

- Kentish Town Sports Centre Contract value of £1.9m comprises groundworks, substructure and superstructure concrete in alterations to existing Grade II Listed Building including two new swimming pools and superstructure above within existing retained roof and façade.

- Longmartin Development Contract value of £2.1m is a prestigious development split between structural alterations and extensions of existing buildings and new build to provide retail shells to ground and basement with restaurant, office and residential above. The project features two RC cores to be constructed with jump shutters and high quality granite paved finish to the courtyard.

The company has just taken delivery of a new 7T excavator seen below at our site at Big Yellow Storage in Twickenham. This forms part of an ongoing investment in new machinery

The seven storey frame we are constructing on behalf of Sisks at Bolsover Street has now reached the sixth floor and is on schedule to finish 5 weeks ahead of programme.
