Policy Statement Awards Training New Products
					TRAINING The Company is committed to a fully trained workforce. 95% of our employees have CSSC or CPCS card (or both). All new employees are immediately registered with the CITB and booked in for their Health and Safety test upon joining the Company. Weekly toolbox talks are given on each site dealing with site specific risks and control measures. The Main Contractor is updated with records of these talks. Onsite and offsite training is also provided in the following: 1. Erection of mobile scaffolding. 2. Use of disc cutters. 3. Use of Hilti tools. 4. Work in confined spaces. 5. Road and Street Works. 6. 360 o excavators, dumper, ride-on-roller operators. 7. Banksman and slinger. 8. Inspection of chains/slings. Evidence of each operative's training is held at both our head office and in the site safety file.
