The Company has a target of ‘Zero Harm’. In order to achieve this, the Company has made the following principal commitments:

• The workforce is fully trained and supervised by competent staff
• In addition to our statutory requirements, the Company maintains a policy of ‘in-house’ mandatory reporting of accidents, near misses and learning events. Thereby assisting the management of risks, implementation of control measures and prevention of recurrences.
• Risk assessments and method statements are prepared for each task and are not repetitious or generic.
• Risk activities are projected in advance, starting at tender stage, ensuring properly planned action / appropriate methodologies are pursued.
• All plant is properly maintained and inspected
• The workplace is inspected by competent staff to ensure that it is a safe environment and all necessary permits etc. are in place prior to work commencing
